First, pack your bags and head to Majnu Ka Tila, where you’ll meet your fellow travelers and kickstart this vibrant journey.
Then, after 8 PM, we’ll depart from Delhi / Chandigarh for an overnight adventure to Shimla.
Along the way, we’ll take a short break for dinner (at your own expense) before continuing our scenic ride through the mountains.
So, get ready for an exciting trip filled with adventure, colors, and endless fun!

Day 01: Transfer to Sangla, Chitkul Exploration | Overnight Stay

After arriving in Shimla, get ready to set off on a magical journey to Sangla.
En route, we’ll make a memorable stop at the legendary Rock Tunnel (Gateway to Kinnaur)—the perfect spot to capture some Insta-worthy shots!
As we continue, watch the landscapes transform dramatically while driving through the breathtaking Kinnaur Valley, famously known as the Land of Gods.
Next, we’ll head to Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border, where you can soak in the untouched beauty of this remote paradise.
Finally, we’ll check into a cozy homestay, where you can unwind and relish a warm, homely dinner.

In case of travel delays, any extra accommodation or food costs will not be covered under the package.
Meals beyond the inclusions, including lunch and any other unmentioned meals, are not part of the package.
Airfare, rail fare, or any other mode of transport not specified in the inclusions must be arranged separately.
During sightseeing, parking fees and monument entry charges will need to be paid by the traveler.
Unforeseen circumstances, such as flight cancellations, landslides, roadblocks, or natural calamities, are beyond our control and not covered.
Any additional services not explicitly listed in the inclusions will be chargeable separately.

Cancellation Policy

For Ground Package

Booking Amount: Rs.2,500/-
15 Days before date of departure: 50% of Total Cost
07 Days before date of departure: 100% of Total Cost

Important: The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 07 days before the Date of Travel. The received amount will be forfeited.

For Flight Tickets

100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry. Our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast Credit Voucher.

Cancellation made before 20 Days from the Date of Travel – Credit Voucher worth 100% of Paid Amount
Cancellation made within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – No Refund on the Paid Amount

The applicable Credit Voucher will be sent to you on your registered email id within 7 to 10 working days from the date of Cancellation. Cancellation will only be accepted on Email at bookings@internationalyouthclub.org.

The Credit Voucher shall be valid for one year from the Date of Cancellation.
The Credit Voucher can be redeemed against the equivalent or higher amount of the booked package amount.
