Itinerary

Day 01: (Leh) Arrival in Leh | Rest & Acclimatization Day || 11,600 ft

  • Upon arriving in Leh, firstly transfer to your hotel for check-in.
  • Then, receive a detailed briefing on the upcoming journey and activities.
  • Afterward, enjoy a delightful dinner and restful overnight stay in Leh.

Day 02: (Nubra) Leh to Nubra Valley || 10,000 ft | 160 KM | 5-6 hr

  • Wake up to a refreshing morning and begin your journey to Nubra Valley, a cold desert with vast landscapes and mountain ranges.
  • Next, experience the thrill of crossing Khardung La, the world’s second-highest motorable pass.
  • Visit the picturesque Diskit Monastery, perched high on a hill, and soak in the breathtaking views of the valley.
  • Upon arrival in Nubra, explore the stunning sand dunes of Hunder and enjoy an optional camel ride through the desert mountains (additional cost).
  • Later, deposit your bike keys with the road captain and unwind with dinner.
  • Dinner, breakfast, bikes, and an overnight stay in Nubra Valley are provided.

Day 03: (Nubra) Nubra Valley to Turtuk Village to Nubra Valley || 9,850 ft | 196 KM | 8-9 hr

  • After sunrise, pack your bags and get ready to leave for Turtuk Village, which was part of Pakistan until 1971.
  • Situated in Nubra tehsil, Turtuk is 205 km from Leh, nestled on the banks of the Shyok River, near the LOC.
  • Marvel at the valley’s stunning beauty, offering views unlike anything you’ve seen before.
  • After exploring Turtuk, travel back towards Nubra for a restful night.
  • Later, deposit your bike keys with the road captain and enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
  • Bikes, breakfast, dinner, and an overnight stay are included in Nubra Valley.

Day 04: (Pangong) Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso || 14,000 ft | 160 KM | 7-8 hr

  • Prepare yourself for another day of daring off-roading as you navigate untamed paths through high mountain terrain.
  • The route takes you to the breathtaking Pangong Tso lake via Shyok River or Wari La Pass, a challenging and thrilling path often used by the army.
  • Upon arrival, take in the mesmerizing sight of the blue lake, surrounded by magnificent scenery.
  • (If Pangong Tso is closed, you’ll return to Leh and visit it the next day by SUV or tempo traveler).
  • Once at Pangong Tso, relish the picturesque lake views and stunning surroundings.
  • Later, deposit your bike keys with the road captain and enjoy a restful night.
  • Bikes, breakfast, dinner, and an overnight stay included at Pangong Tso.

Day 05: (Leh) Pangong Tso to Leh via Chang La || 11,600 ft | 160 KM | 5-6 hr

  • In the morning, gear up for an exhilarating ride back to Leh via Chang La, the world’s third-highest mountain pass.
  • On the way, stop by the renowned Druk White Lotus School, famously featured in the Bollywood movie 3 Idiots.
  • If time allows, visit the Thiksey Monasteries for a cultural experience.
  • Upon arrival in Leh, hand over your bike keys to the road captain and settle in for the night.
  • Bikes, breakfast, dinner, and an overnight stay are included in Leh.

Day 06: Departure from Leh

  • After breakfast, get transferred to the airport on your own to board the flight for your onward journey.
  • Trip Ends.

  • Stay in pre-booked deluxe hotels on triple sharing (double sharing for couples) in Leh.
  • Enjoy comfy accommodations in Swiss Camps with attached washrooms on triple sharing (double sharing for couples) at Nubra Valley and Pangong Tso.
  • Safety gear, including helmets, elbow guards, and knee guards, will be provided for your protection during the ride.
  • Buffet breakfast will be available from Day 2 to Day 6, while buffet dinner will be served from Day 1 to Day 5.
  • Himalayan bikes will be provided from the morning of Day 2 until the evening of Day 5.
  • Bike permits and Inner Line Permits will be arranged for all travelers.
  • All necessary permits for the highest motorable passes, Khardung La and Chang La, will be included.
  • Fuel will be supplied as per the route outlined in the itinerary.
  • Benefit from the services of an experienced road captain and motorbike mechanic from Day 2 to Day 5.
  • For groups of more than 10 motorbikes, a backup vehicle will be available for emergencies.
  • A first aid medical kit and oxygen cylinder will be at hand with the road captain.
  • Each traveler can carry luggage in a separate vehicle, limited to one rucksack or duffle bag of 60 liters.
  • Receive an online certificate upon successful completion of the trip.
  • Personal expenses such as telephone charges, laundry, tips, and table drinks are not included.
  • Any type of insurance—medical, accidental, and theft—is not covered.
  • Airfare or rail fare not mentioned in the inclusions is excluded.
  • Pick-up or drop services from the airport, railway station, or bus stop are not included.
  • Costs for any spare parts required due to accidental damage while the motorbike is in the rider’s possession are not covered.
  • In case the motorbike is dropped, costs for transfer/towing, vehicle servicing, or maintenance are not included.
  • Any lunches and other meals not specified in the package inclusions are at your own expense.
  • A security deposit of ₹10,000 per motorbike is required for accidental damages or if the bike is left en route before the trip’s end.
  • Parking, monastery, and monument entry fees during sightseeing are not included.
  • Any costs arising from itinerary changes or extensions due to natural calamities, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, union issues, or factors beyond our control are excluded.
  • Additional accommodation or food costs incurred due to delays are not included.
  • Applicable GST is not included.
  • Any items not mentioned in the inclusions are not covered.

  • The check-in time is 12 noon/early check-in subject to availability of the room.
  • We require minimum strength of 10 bikes to operate one group. We have the right to cancel the group if we do not get the minimum strength of bikes in any group.
  • If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of a hotel stay, transportation, and meals, etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither International Youth Club nor the participating partners/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
  • International Youth Club is not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc…
  • If any group member wants to leave the group in-between the tour then he/she has to pay the cost for transportation of bike from point of leaving the tour till the tour endpoint.
  • Carrying a valid ID proof & Driving license is mandatory.
  • All guests will be responsible for the safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage/missing/lost luggage. So carry a small daypack bag to carry all the expensive things with you.
  • Compensation for any damage/accident done by you during the tour to others property/person would be directly payable by you.
  • We will run the departures subject to having a minimum group strength of 6 to 8 riders in each batch.
  • We have the right to cancel the departure due to insufficient members in the batches. In such a situation, guests are eligible for a full refund.
  • Foreign Nationals have to pay separately for the permits for Khardungla and Pangong Tso.
  • Basic First Aid Kit – It’s advised that one should bring his/her own medicines which are known and suitable to him.
  • Raod Captain will be responsible to manage the group by taking all safety measures. The group has to follow him to make the tour a success.
  • We provide a well-experienced and skilled Royal Enfield Mechanic with spare parts and tools. They are well trained to handle large groups.
  • The spares used on the way will be chargeable. Backing vehicle – Xylo/Innova/tempo for mechanical and medical support.
  • In case of an emergency, if any rider is feeling uneasy then he can sit in the backup.
  • Only one rucksack/backpack of 60 liters will be adjusted as it will be having tools and spares too.

Important: The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 15 days before the Date of Travel. The received amount will be forfeited.

For Flight Tickets

  • 100% Amount of flight tickets at the time-of-flight booking.
  • Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry. Our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast Credit Voucher.

  • Cancellation made within 30 to 15 Days from the Date of Travel – Credit Voucher worth 50% of Paid Amount
  • Cancellation made within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – No Refund on the Paid Amount

The applicable Credit Voucher will be sent to you on your registered email id within 7 to 10 working days from the date of Cancellation. Cancellation will only be accepted on email at accounts@internationalyouthclub.org.

  • The Credit Voucher shall be valid for one year from the Date of Cancellation.
  • The Credit Voucher can be redeemed against the equivalent or higher amount of the booked package amount.

In case of Lockdown or Covid Positive Report, Credit Voucher worth 100% of Received Amount with a validity of 1 year from the date of travel with be credited.

In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

  • Before 30 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
  • Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.

Do note that cards are not accepted at major places like petrol pumps, restaurants, etc. And during your travel, only a few ATMs can be found at some places like Manali, Srinagar, which again aren’t a guarantee. It is recommended to carry at least ₹20,000 in hand to fill in as a bunker if needed.
