Tawang Bike Trip
Day 1: Arrive in Guwahati – Bhairav Kunda – Dirang
- Your journey begins with a comfortable SUV pickup from Airport / Railway Station in Guwahati.
- Drive toward the serene Assam–Bhutan border town of Bhairav kunda, where you’ll stop for lunch beside the picturesque riverside.
- We continue through lush forests and winding hill tarmac of Arnatulla Kalaktang Rd, with a halt at a scenic viewpoint for photography and relaxation.
- The route gradually transitions into the cool mountain terrain of Arunachal Pradesh as you proceed toward
- Dirang, arriving by evening to settle into your stay and unwind.
Day 2: Dirang – Se La Tunnel – Tawang
- Start your morning drive from Dirang, ascending through crisp mountain air and winding Himalayan roads.
- Visit the Nyukmadung War Memorial, a serene site honoring the bravery of Indian soldiers.
- Continue the ascent towards the iconic Se La Pass (13,700 ft).
- Enjoy breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, frozen lakes, and vast Himalayan panoramas along the way.
- After crossing Se La, descend towards Jang.

- Cost of spare parts used due to damage caused while the bike is in the rider’s possession.
- Charges for towing or transferring the motorbike in case of breakdown or rider choosing not to ride.
- Lunch and any meals not mentioned in the inclusions.
- Airfare or rail fare not included in the package.
- Refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 per motorbike (if no damage or spare parts are used).

Our participation process is very simple for booking Tawang Bike Trip . You may book online to reserve your seat or call us at 7827956056 between 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM on any working day.
Alternatively, you may email us at bookings@internationalyouthclub.org for booking and assistance. To confirm your booking, a payment of Rs. 3,000 as booking amount is required.
- The check-in time is 12 noon/early check-in subject to availability of the room.
- We have the right to cancel the group if we do not get the minimum strength of bikes in any group.
- If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of a hotel stay, transportation, and meals, etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither International Youth Club nor the participating partners/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
- We are not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc.
- If any group member wants to leave the group in-between the tour then he/she will not be eligible for any refund and has to pay the cost for transportation of bike from point of leaving the tour till the tour endpoint.
- Wearing a helmet, carrying a valid ID proof & Driving license is mandatory.
- All guests will be responsible for the safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage / missing / lost luggage. So carry a small daypack bag to carry all the expensive things with you.
- Compensation for any damage/accident done by you during the tour to others property/person would be directly payable by you.
- Due to any unforeseen weather conditions, road blockage, snowfall, rain, storm, the tour may continue to operate in tempo traveler instead of bikes.
- In case of an emergency, if any rider is feeling uneasy then he can sit in the backup.Backing vehicle – Bolero/Camper/Xylo/Innova/tempo for mechanical and medical support.
- We provide a well-experienced and skilled Royal Enfield Mechanic with spare parts and tools. They are well trained to handle large groups.
- The spares used on the way will be chargeableBasic First Aid Kit – It’s advised that one should bring his/her own medicines which are known and suitable to him.
- Road Captain will be responsible to manage the group by taking all safety measures. The group has to follow him to make the tour a success.
- Foreign Nationals have to pay separately on their own for the permits.
- Only one rucksack/backpack of 60 liters will be adjusted as it will be having tools and spares too.
For Ground Package
To secure your booking, an initial payment of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Please note that this advance amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
A structured payment schedule must be followed to ensure smooth processing of your travel arrangements:
30 Days Before the Travel Date:
You are required to pay 50% of the total package cost. This allows us to initiate reservations and confirm essential travel services.
15 Days Before the Travel Date:
An additional 25% of the total package cost must be paid. This step helps us finalize and secure all necessary travel components.
7 Days Before the Travel Date:
The remaining balance, completing 100% of the total amount, must be cleared. Full payment is mandatory to process your final confirmations and travel documents.
Important:
The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 07 days before the Date of Travel. The received amount will be forfeited.
We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry.

If the company cancels the trip due to operational issues, the customer will receive a full refund of the trip amount including GST, excluding any airfare, train fare, or external transport costs not booked through the company.
Pending Refund :
Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.
Partial Refund :
Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.
Remaining Amount :
Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Bypass Policy :
Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.
Reschedule:
Additional costs will apply, based on the time at which you notify us.
Credit Note :
Credit Notes issued have 1 year of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.
GST
Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:
- Before 15 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
- Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.
- Rescheduling will only be accepted on Email at bookings@internationalyouthclub.org.
