Arrive at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, Guwahati, before 10:00 AM, where our tour representative will warmly welcome you. Begin your scenic journey towards Shillong, popularly known as the “Scotland of the East.”

To confirm your booking, a booking amount of ₹3,000 per person is required. Please note that all quotations are tentative and subject to availability until the booking is confirmed. The remaining payment must be made as per the Payment Policy shared at the time of booking. Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeline may result in the cancellation of your booking.

All payments must be made through the approved payment methods provided by International Youth Club. If you wish to make a cash deposit, please inform us in advance and retain the bank receipt, as unauthorized cash deposits may affect your booking confirmation.

  • Booking Amount: A non-refundable booking amount of ₹3,000 per person is required to confirm your booking.
  • 46 Days or More Before Departure: 25% of the total package cost must be paid.
  • 31–45 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total package cost must be paid.
  • 15–30 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total package cost must be paid.

Important: If the full payment is not received at least 15 days prior to the departure date, the booking is liable to be cancelled, and the amount paid will be forfeited.

  • 100% of the flight ticket amount must be paid at the time of flight booking.
  • Any rescheduling, cancellation, or refund of flight tickets will be governed by the respective airline’s policies and terms.
