- Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before the departure date: A Credit Voucher equivalent to 50% of the amount paid will be issued.
- Cancellation made within 15 days of the departure date: No refund or Credit Voucher will be provided.
- The applicable Credit Voucher will be sent to your registered email address within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation.
- The Credit Voucher is valid for one year from the date of cancellation.

In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:
- More than 15 days before the departure date: One-time complimentary rescheduling is allowed.
