To confirm your booking, a booking amount of ₹3,000 per person is required. Please note that all quotations are tentative and subject to availability until the booking is confirmed. The remaining payment must be made as per the Payment Policy shared at the time of booking. Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeline may result in the cancellation of your booking.
All payments must be made through the approved payment methods provided by International Youth Club. If you wish to make a cash deposit, please inform us in advance and retain the bank receipt, as unauthorized cash deposits may affect your booking confirmation.

- Booking Amount: A non-refundable booking amount of ₹3,000 per person is required to confirm your booking.
- 46 Days or More Before Departure: 25% of the total package cost must be paid.
- 31–45 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total package cost must be paid.
- 15–30 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total package cost must be paid.
Important: If the full payment is not received at least 15 days prior to the departure date, the booking is liable to be cancelled, and the amount paid will be forfeited.
For Flight Tickets
- 100% of the flight ticket amount must be paid at the time of flight booking.
- Any rescheduling, cancellation, or refund of flight tickets will be governed by the respective airline’s policies and terms.

Partial Refund :
Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.
Remaining Amount :
Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Bypass Policy :
Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.

Additional costs will apply, based on the time at which you notify us.
Credit Note :
Credit Notes issued have 1 year of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.

- 30 days or less before departure: Rescheduling is subject to applicable amendment charges from hotels, transport providers, and other service partners. These charges must be borne by the guest.
