Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Kochi | Transfer to Munnar

Welcome to Kerala! Upon arrival at Kochi Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative and begin your scenic drive towards Munnar. En route, visit the magnificent Athirapally Waterfall, popularly known as the “Niagara of India.” Continue to the beautiful Valara and Cheeyappara Waterfalls, where you can admire the breathtaking natural beauty of Kerala. Later, stop at a traditional Spice Plantation to learn about Kerala’s famous spices before reaching Munnar. Check into your hotel and relax.

Overnight Stay: Munnar

Day 2 – Explore the Best of Munnar

After breakfast, begin a full day of sightseeing in Munnar. Visit the spectacular Kolukkumalai Peak, renowned for its stunning mountain views and one of the world’s highest organic tea plantations. Continue to Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake, Rose Garden, Echo Point, and Photo Point. Visit a local Chocolate Factory, stroll through the picturesque Tea Gardens, and conclude your day at Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr.

Day 3 – Munnar to Thekkady

To confirm your booking, a booking amount of ₹3,000 per person is required. Please note that all quotations are tentative and subject to availability until the booking is confirmed. The remaining payment must be made as per the Payment Policy shared at the time of booking. Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeline may result in the cancellation of your booking.

All payments must be made through the approved payment methods provided by International Youth Club. If you wish to make a cash deposit, please inform us in advance and retain the bank receipt, as unauthorized cash deposits may affect your booking confirmation.

For Ground Package

Booking Amount: A non-refundable booking amount of ₹3,000 per person is required to confirm your booking.
46 Days or More Before Departure: 25% of the total package cost must be paid.
31–45 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total package cost must be paid.
15–30 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total package cost must be paid.

Important: If the full payment is not received at least 15 days prior to the departure date, the booking is liable to be cancelled, and the amount paid will be forfeited.

For Flight Tickets

100% of the flight ticket amount must be paid at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, or refund of flight tickets will be governed by the respective airline’s policies and terms.

We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry.

Notes :

If the company cancels the trip due to operational issues, the customer will receive a full refund of the trip amount including GST, excluding any airfare, train fare, or external transport costs not booked through the company.

Pending Refund :

Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.

Partial Refund :

Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.

Remaining Amount :

Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.

Bypass Policy :

Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.

Reschedule:

Additional costs will apply, based on the time at which you notify us.

Credit Note :

Credit Notes issued have 1 year of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.

GST

Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.

More than 30 days before departure: One-time complimentary rescheduling.
30 days or less before departure: Rescheduling is subject to applicable amendment charges from hotels, transport providers, and other service partners. These charges must be borne by the guest.
All rescheduling requests will only be accepted via email at bookings@internationalyouthclub.org.
