Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar ( 5,200 ft )

  • Firstly, upon landing at Srinagar Airport, you will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel for an overnight stay in Srinagar.
  • Later, in the evening, our tour captain will provide a detailed briefing about the ride, itinerary, and other important details.
  • Following that, you can relax and enjoy a delicious dinner before retiring for the night.
  • Thus, your Day 1 concludes with an overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 02: Journey from Srinagar to Kargil ( 8,780 ft | 220 KM | 6-7 hr )

  • After breakfast, you will begin your journey to Kargil, which was the main battleground during the 1999 Kargil war, passing through the scenic Kargil region.
  • En route, you’ll navigate the thrilling Zojila Pass and pass through Drass, the second coldest inhabited place on Earth.
  • Additionally, you will visit the iconic Tiger Hills and other famous peaks in Kargil, immersing yourself in the region’s rich history.
  • You will reach Kargil by evening, and upon arrival, deposit your bike keys with the road captain. Afterward, check in to your hotel and unwind.
  • Take some time to relax and enjoy quality moments with your friends.
  • To end the day, enjoy a delicious dinner followed by an overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 03: Journey from Kargil to Leh ( 11,600 ft | 240 KM | 6-7 hr )

  • As morning gilds the skies, after breakfast, you will set off towards Leh, ready for another exciting day.
  • On the way, you will stop at Dha-Hanu village, home to the last race of Indo-Aryans.
  • You’ll be amazed by the locals adorned with intricate jewelry and flowers, showcasing their unique cultural heritage.
  • Continuing on, you will pass the breathtaking confluence of the Zanskar and Indus Rivers, followed by the fascinating Magnetic Hills, where vehicles seem to defy gravity and Hall of Fame.
  • Next, you’ll make a divine visit to Gurudwara Pather Sahib, a place of peace and spiritual significance.
  • Upon reaching Leh, you will deposit your bike keys with the road captain and take some time to relax for the day.
  • Finally dinner, followed by a comfortable overnight stay in Leh.

Day 04: Journey from Leh to Nubra Valley ( 10,000 ft | 160 KM | 5-6 hr )

  • Wake up to a refreshing morning, enjoy breakfast and gear up for an exciting bike ride as your engines roar through the stunning Nubra Valley, a cold desert surrounded by vast landscapes and majestic mountain ranges.
  • In addition, feel the thrill of crossing the world’s second-highest motorable pass, Khardung La, offering an unforgettable adventure.
  • Once you arrive in Nubra, enjoy a camel ride in the desert mountains of Hunder (additional cost), immersing yourself in the unique beauty of the region.
  • Later, deposit your bike keys with the road captain and relax as you settle in for an overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 05: Journey from Nubra Valley to Turtuk Village to Nubra Valley ( 9,850 ft | 196 KM | 8-9 hr )

  • After the sun peeps out, further you will pack your bags as you will leave for Turtuk village which was under Pakistan before 1971.
  • Nestled in the Nubra tehsil, 205 km from the Leh town, on the banks of the Shyok River, in addition it is the last village before LOC. With stunning beauty throughout the valley, you will be blessed with views you might have not seen before.
  • After exploring Turtuk you will travel back towards Nubra.
  • After that deposit your bike keys with the road captain and enjoy an overnight stay.
  • At last enjoy overnight Stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 06: Journey from Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso ( 14,000 ft | 160 KM | 7-8 hr )

  • Further prepare for another day of a daring off-roading experience as you traverse through untamed paths in the high mountains.
  • The route leads to the beautiful Pangong Tso (lake) via Shyok river or Wari La Pass. It is quite challenging yet thrilling and is generally used by the army.
  • On arrival, train your sights on the enchanting blue lake. (*In case Pangong Tso is closed then we shall ride back to Leh and do the day excursion to Pangong Tso on the next day in SUV/tempo traveler.)
  • After that once you reach Pangong Tso, enjoy the picturesque lake and magnificent views surrounding you. Later, deposit your bike keys with the road captain, and enjoy an overnight stay.

Day 07: Journey from Pangong Tso to Leh via Chang La ( 11,600 ft | 160 KM | 5-6 hr )

  • Above all in the morning, get set for yet another journey exhilarating ride as you head back to Leh, via Chang La pass (in short the the third highest mountain pass in the world).
  • En route, stop at the famous Druk White Lotus School, featured in the blockbuster Bollywood movie ‘3 Idiots’.
  • Similarly if time permits, you can even visit Shey and Thiksey Monasteries. Deposit your bike keys with the road captain and enjoy an overnight stay.

Day 08: Journey from Leh to Sarchu ( 14,100 ft | 250 KM | 6-7 hr )

  • Leave for Sachu, after enjoying the breakfast. After that cross the high passes like Nakee La, Lachung La, and Tanglang La.
  • Likewise say goodbye to the beauty of Ladakh and travel along the curvy roads to Himachal Pradesh.
  • Reach Sarchu, deposit your bike keys with the road captain, and stay for the night.
  • Bikes, Breakfast, Dinner, and Overnight Stay at Swiss Camps in Sarchu.

Day 09: Journey from Sarchu to Kullu Manali ( 6,700 ft | 200 KM | 5-6 hr )

  • Moreover this is the final leg of our ritual road trip.
  • We start our day early as we leave for Manali. The route is slightly rough, in short so this day we shall try and cover the maximum distance with minimum stopovers.
  • On the route, we will enjoy the beauty of Kullu Manali. As we arrive in Manali, similarly deposit your bike keys with the road captain, and celebrate the completion of our epic road journey.

Day 10: Journey from Kullu Manali to Delhi Departure ( 540 KM | 14-15 hr )

  • The trip ends today after breakfast, we check out of the hotel at 10 AM and explore the nearby cafes with our fellow riders, reliving and relishing the beautiful journey that was once a dream and how it has become not just an achievement, but a chronicle!
  • Leave for Delhi in the evening via an overnight Volvo bus, taking the memories worth a lifetime and friendships to cherish forever!
  • During the journey you will be provided with the Breakfast, and in addition Overnight Volvo Journey.

  1. In the exclusions, firstly personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips, and Table Drinks, etc are not included.
  2. Secondly, Any type of Insurance – Medical, Accidental, and Theft.
  3. Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions”.
  4. Pick-up or Drop – Airport, Railway station, or Bus Stop
  5. Cost of any spare part which will be used due to the accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in rider’s possession.
  6. In case Motorbike is dropped on the way – The cost incurred to transfer/tow, vehicle servicing or maintenance cost.
  7. Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions
  8. Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- for accidental damages or dropping back the bike if in case you leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip.
  9. Parking, Monastery, and Monument entry fees during sightseeing.
  10. Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond our control

  • The check-in time is 12 noon/early check-in subject to availability of the room.
  • We require minimum strength of 10 bikes to operate one group. We have the right to cancel the group if we do not get the minimum strength of bikes in any group.
  • If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of a hotel stay, transportation, and meals, etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither International Youth Club nor the participating partners/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
  • International Youth Club is not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc…
  • If any group member wants to leave the group in-between the tour then he/she has to pay the cost for transportation of bike from point of leaving the tour till the tour endpoint.
  •  Wearing a helmet, carrying a valid ID proof & Driving license is mandatory.
  • All guests will be responsible for the safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage/missing/lost luggage. So carry a small daypack bag to carry all the expensive things with you.
  • Compensation for any damage/accident done by you during the tour to others property/person would be directly payable by you.
  • We will run the departures subject to having a minimum group strength of 6 to 8 riders in each batch.
  • We have the right to cancel the departure due to insufficient members in the batches. In such a situation, guests are eligible for a full refund.
  • Foreign Nationals have to pay separately for the permits.
  • Basic First Aid Kit – It’s advised that one should bring his/her own medicines which are known and suitable to him.
  • Raod Captain will be responsible to manage the group by taking all safety measures. The group has to follow him to make the tour a success.
  • We provide a well-experienced and skilled Royal Enfield Mechanic with spare parts and tools. They are well trained to handle large groups.
  • The spares used on the way will be chargeable. Backing vehicle – Xylo/Innova/tempo for mechanical and medical support.
  • In case of an emergency, if any rider is feeling uneasy then he can sit in the backup.
  • Only one rucksack/backpack of 60 liters will be adjusted as it will be having tools and spares too.

For Ground Package

To secure your booking, an initial payment of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Please note that this advance amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.

A structured payment schedule must be followed to ensure smooth processing of your travel arrangements:

30 Days Before the Travel Date:

You are required to pay 50% of the total package cost. This allows us to initiate reservations and confirm essential travel services.

15 Days Before the Travel Date:

An additional 25% of the total package cost must be paid. This step helps us finalize and secure all necessary travel components.

7 Days Before the Travel Date:

The remaining balance, completing 100% of the total amount, must be cleared. Full payment is mandatory to process your final confirmations and travel documents.

Important:

The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 07 days before the Date of Travel. The received amount will be forfeited.

We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry.

If the company cancels the trip due to operational issues, the customer will receive a full refund of the trip amount including GST, excluding any airfare, train fare, or external transport costs not booked through the company.

Pending Refund :

Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.

Partial Refund :

Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.

Remaining Amount :

Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.

Bypass Policy :

Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.

Reschedule:

Additional costs will apply, based on the time at which you notify us.

Credit Note :

Credit Notes issued have 1 year of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.

Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.

In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:

  • Before 30 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
  • Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.
  • Rescheduling will only be accepted on Email at bookings@internationalyouthclub.org.

Do note that cards are not accepted at major places like petrol pumps, restaurants, etc. And during your travel, only a few ATMs can be found at some places like Manali, Srinagar, which again aren’t a guarantee. It is recommended to carry at least ₹20,000 in hand to fill in as a bunker if needed.
