Day 01: (Leh) Arrival in Leh | Rest & Acclimatization Day || 11,600 ft
- Upon arrival in Leh, you’ll be transferred to your hotel, where you’ll settle in and prepare for the exciting adventure ahead.
- As part of your 7 Days Ladakh Bike Trip, you’ll receive a detailed briefing on the upcoming events and the thrilling journey that awaits.
- Afterward, enjoy a relaxing dinner and an overnight stay in Leh, getting ready for the exciting days to come.
Day 02: (Nubra) Leh to Nubra Valley || 10,000 ft | 160 KM | 5-6 hr
- Wake up to a refreshing morning and begin your 7 Days Ladakh Bike Trip to Nubra Valley, a vast desert.
- Along the way, feel the excitement of crossing Khardung La, the World’s Second Highest Motorable Pass.
- Upon reaching Nubra, first visit the stunning Diskit Monastery, known for its breathtaking views and ancient architecture.
- Then, explore the serene sand dunes of Hunder, with an optional camel ride (additional cost).
- Afterward, hand over your bike keys to the road captain and relax.

Day 03: (Nubra) Nubra Valley to Turtuk Village to Nubra Valley || 9,850 ft | 196 KM | 8-9 hr
- After the sun peeps out, pack your bags for Turtuk village, a key stop on your 7 Days Ladakh Bike Trip.
- Located 205 km from Leh, Turtuk was once under Pakistan before 1971.
- Nestled in Nubra tehsil, it sits on the banks of the Shyok River, near the LOC.
- The stunning beauty of the valley offers breathtaking views you’ve likely never seen before. After exploring Turtuk, return to Nubra.
- Deposit your bike keys with the road captain and relax.
- Enjoy your meals and overnight stay, with bikes, breakfast, dinner, and accommodation in Nubra.
Day 04: (Pangong) Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso || 14,000 ft | 160 KM | 7-8 hr
- Prepare for another thrilling off-roading day on your 7 Days Ladakh Bike Trip, navigating through untamed paths in high mountains.
- The route to Pangong Tso takes you via Shyok River or Wari La Pass, challenging yet exciting.
- This route is mainly used by the army. Upon arrival, your eyes will be drawn to the enchanting blue lake. (*If Pangong Tso is closed, we’ll return to Leh and visit the lake the next day in an SUV/tempo traveler.)
- Enjoy the picturesque lake and stunning views before depositing your bike keys with the road captain.
- End the day with dinner and an overnight stay in Pangong Tso.
Day 05: (Leh) Pangong Tso to Leh via Chang La || 11,600 ft | 160 KM | 5-6 hr
- In the morning, get set for an exhilarating ride back to Leh on your 7 Days Ladakh Bike Trip via Chang La Pass.
- En route, stop at the famous Druk White Lotus School, featured in the movie ‘3 Idiots’.
- If time permits, visit the stunning Thiksey Monasteries.
- Upon arrival in Leh, deposit your bike keys with the road captain.
- End the day with dinner and an overnight stay in Leh, reflecting on your adventure.
Day 07: Departure from Leh
- After a hearty breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your onward journey, marking the end of your 7 Days Ladakh Bike Trip.

- Stay in pre-booked Deluxe hotels on triple sharing at Leh.

- In case Motorbike is dropped on the way – The cost incurred to transfer/tow, vehicle servicing or maintenance cost.

- Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 5,000/- for accidental damages or dropping back the bike if in case you leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip.
- Parking, Monastery, and Monument entry fees during sightseeing.
- Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond our control

Our participation process is very simple. You may book online to reserve your seat or call us at 7827956056 on any working day 24 x 7. Alternatively, you may email us at bookings@internationalyouthclub.org for booking and assistance. You may deposit Rs.3,000 Per Person and Balance as per our Payment Policy.
- The check-in time is 12 noon/early check-in subject to availability of the room.
- If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of a hotel stay, transportation, and meals, etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither International Youth Club nor the participating partners/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
- International Youth Club is not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc…
- If any group member wants to leave the group in-between the tour, then he/she has to pay the cost for transportation of bike from point of leaving the tour till the tour endpoint.
- Group members would have to get their own riding gears. Wearing a helmet, carrying a valid ID proof & Driving license is mandatory.
- All guests will be responsible for the safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage/missing/lost luggage. So, carry a small daypack bag to carry all the expensive things with you.
- Compensation for any damage/accident done by you during the tour to others property/person would be directly payable by you.
- We have the right to cancel the departure due to insufficient members in the batches. In such a situation, guests are eligible for a full refund.
- Foreign Nationals have to pay separately for the permits for Khardungla and Pangong Tso.
- Basic First Aid Kit – It’s advised that one should bring his/her own medicines which are known and suitable to him.
- Road Captain will be responsible to manage the group by taking all safety measures. The group has to follow him to make the tour a success.
- We provide a well-experienced and skilled Royal Enfield Mechanic with spare parts and tools. They are well trained to handle large groups.
- The spares used on the way will be chargeable. Backing vehicle – Bolero Camper /Xylo/Innova/tempo for mechanical and medical support.
- In case of an emergency, if any rider is feeling uneasy then he can sit in the backup.
- Only one rucksack/backpack of 60 liters will be adjusted as it will be having tools and spares too.

For Ground Package
To secure your booking, an initial payment of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Please note that this advance amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
A structured payment schedule must be followed to ensure smooth processing of your travel arrangements:
30 Days Before the Travel Date:
You are required to pay 50% of the total package cost. This allows us to initiate reservations and confirm essential travel services.
15 Days Before the Travel Date:
An additional 25% of the total package cost must be paid. This step helps us finalize and secure all necessary travel components.
7 Days Before the Travel Date:
The remaining balance, completing 100% of the total amount, must be cleared. Full payment is mandatory to process your final confirmations and travel documents.
Important:
The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 07 days before the Date of Travel. The received amount will be forfeited.
We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry.

If the company cancels the trip due to operational issues, the customer will receive a full refund of the trip amount including GST, excluding any airfare, train fare, or external transport costs not booked through the company.
Pending Refund :
Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.
Partial Refund :
Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.
Remaining Amount :
Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Bypass Policy :
Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.
Reschedule:
Additional costs will apply, based on the time at which you notify us.
Credit Note :
Credit Notes issued have 1 year of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.
GST :
Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
