To confirm your booking, a booking amount of ₹3,000 per person is required. Please note that all quotations are tentative and subject to availability until the booking is confirmed. The remaining payment must be made as per the Payment Policy shared at the time of booking. Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeline may result in the cancellation of your booking.
All payments must be made through the approved payment methods provided by International Youth Club. If you wish to make a cash deposit, please inform us in advance and retain the bank receipt, as unauthorized cash deposits may affect your booking confirmation.
For Ground Package
- Booking Amount: A non-refundable booking amount of ₹3,000 per person is required to confirm your booking.
- 46 Days or More Before Departure: 25% of the total package cost must be paid.
- 31–45 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total package cost must be paid.
- 15–30 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total package cost must be paid.
Important: If the full payment is not received at least 15 days prior to the departure date, the booking is liable to be cancelled, and the amount paid will be forfeited.
For Flight Tickets
- 100% of the flight ticket amount must be paid at the time of flight booking.
- Any rescheduling, cancellation, or refund of flight tickets will be governed by the respective airline’s policies and terms.
- Cancellation made 30–15 days before the departure date: A Credit Voucher equivalent to 50% of the total amount paid will be issued. The voucher can be redeemed for any future trip with International Youth Club.
- Cancellation made within 15 days of the departure date (15–0 days): No refund or Credit Voucher will be applicable.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to bookings@internationalyouthclub.org.
- The applicable Credit Voucher will be sent to your registered email address within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation.
- The Credit Voucher will remain valid for one year from the date of cancellation and can be redeemed against a package of the same or higher value.

- More than 30 days before departure: One-time complimentary rescheduling.
- 30 days or less before departure: Rescheduling is subject to applicable amendment charges from hotels, transport providers, and other service partners. These charges must be borne by the guest.
