Day 00: Delhi to Manali || 6,700 ft | 540 KM | 14-15 hr
- Today you will be boarding a Volvo bus to Kullu Manali from Delhi after 5 PM.
- It will be an overnight journey so make sure that you are well prepared.
Day 01: (Manali) Arrival in Manali || 6,700 ft
- Once you reach Manali, check-in at the pre-booked camps/hotel.
- Today’s day is rest and acclimatization day. You may enjoy a relaxing nature walk on your own to Hadimba Temple, and Manu temple in Old Manali village.
- Hadimba Temple is truly one-of-a-kind, as it is dedicated to Hadimba Devi, wife of the mighty Bhima from the Hindu epic Mahabharata.
- Manu Temple is located near the river Beas is dedicated to sage Manu, the creator of the world.

Day 03: (Sarchu) Jispa to Sarchu || 14,100 ft | 90 KM | 3-4 hr
- Today, gear up for an adventure as you cross the 16,043-ft-high Bara-lacha la Pass in the Zanskar Range.
- The rough patches of Darcha and Zingzingbar will give you an adrenaline boost. You will also get to spend some time near the Chandrabhaga River (also known as Chenab) so make sure that you have a camera handy and take mesmerizing pictures. En route, you can visit Suraj Taal and Deepak Taal, two breath-taking lakes in the Lahaul and Spiti regions.

- Today, start your journey towards Leh, the hub of the Ladakh region. The route will take you through Nakeela Pass, Whisky Nallah, Lachulung La Pass, Pang, More Plains, and Tanglang La Pass.

- Wake up to a refreshing morning and enjoy an awesome bike ride as your engines roar through the Nubra Valley, a cold desert with vast landscapes and mountain ranges.
- Feel the thrill of crossing one of the World’s Highest Motorable Pass, Khardung La.
- On your way to Nubra, stay and enjoy the beautiful Budhha Statue and Diskit Monastery.

- After the sun peeps out, you will pack your bags as you will leave for Turtuk village which was under Pakistan before 1971.
- Nestled in the Nubra tehsil, from the Leh town, on the banks of the Shyok River, it is the last village before LOC (Thang Village). With stunning beauty throughout the valley, you will be blessed with views you might have not seen before like K2 Mountain range (in Pakistan).
- After exploring Turtuk you will travel back towards Nubra.

Day 07: (Pangong) Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso || 14,000 ft | 160 KM | 7-8 hr
- Prepare for another day of a daring off-roading experience as you traverse through untamed paths in the high mountains.
- The route leads to the beautiful Pangong Tso (lake) via Shyok river or Wari La Pass. It is quite challenging yet thrilling and is generally used by the army.
- On arrival, train your sights on the enchanting blue lake. (*In case Pangong Tso is closed then we shall ride back to Leh and do the day excursion to Pangong Tso on the next day in SUV/tempo traveler.)
- Once you reach Pangong Tso, enjoy the picturesque lake and magnificent views surrounding you. Later, deposit your bike keys with the road captain, and enjoy an overnight stay.

Day 08: (Leh) Pangong Tso to Leh via Chang La || 11,600 ft | 160 KM | 5-6 hr
- In the morning, get set for yet another journey exhilarating ride as you head back to Leh, via Chang La pass one of the world’s highest mountain pass.
- En route, stop at the famous Druk White Lotus School, featured in the blockbuster Bollywood movie ‘3 Idiots’.
- If time permits, you can even visit Shey and Thiksey Monasteries. Deposit your bike keys with the road captain and enjoy an overnight stay.

Day 09: (Kargil) Leh to Kargil || 8,780 ft | 240 KM | 6-7 hr
- As soon as the morning unfolds today, embark on a scenic journey to Kargil.
- Along the way, visit the Hall of Fame museum, marvel at the Magnetic Hill’s natural phenomenon, and stop by the revered Pathar Sahib Gurdwara.
- Continue your adventure to the Buddhist monastery of Lamayuru, perched at 3,510 m, followed by Fotu La mountain pass, Tiger Hill, and the Drass War Memorial.

- Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- for accidental damages or dropping back the bike if in case you leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip.

- Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond our control.

Alternatively, you may email us at bookings@internationalyouthclub.org for booking and assistance. You may deposit Rs.3,000 Per Person and Balance as per our Payment Policy.
- Day 00 – The volvo will start between 07PM to 08PM as per the availability scheduled Please make yourself available before 5 PM in Delhi at reporting point which could be Kashmiri gate or RK Ashram Metro Station.
- The check-in time is 12 noon/early check-in subject to availability of the room.
- We have the right to cancel the group if we do not get the minimum strength of bikes in any group.
- If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of a hotel stay, transportation, and meals, etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither International Youth Club nor the participating partners/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
- International Youth Club is not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc…
- If any group member wants to leave the group in-between the tour then he/she will not be eligible for any refund and has to pay the cost for transportation of bike from point of leaving the tour till the tour endpoint.
- Wearing a helmet, carrying a valid ID proof & Driving license is mandatory.
- All guests will be responsible for the safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage / missing / lost luggage. So carry a small daypack bag to carry all the expensive things with you.
- Compensation for any damage/accident done by you during the tour to others property/person would be directly payable by you.
- Due to any unforeseen weather conditions, road blockage, snowfall, rain, storm, the tour may continue to operate in tempo traveler instead of bikes.
- Foreign Nationals have to pay separately on their own for the permits.
- Basic First Aid Kit – It’s advised that one should bring his/her own medicines which are known and suitable to him.
- Road Captain will be responsible to manage the group by taking all safety measures. The group has to follow him to make the tour a success.
- We provide a well-experienced and skilled Royal Enfield Mechanic with spare parts and tools. They are well trained to handle large groups. The spares used on the way will be chargeable.
- Backing vehicle – Bolero/Camper/Xylo/Innova/tempo for mechanical and medical support.
- In case of an emergency, if any rider is feeling uneasy then he can sit in the backup.
- Only one rucksack/backpack of 60 liters will be adjusted as it will be having tools and spares too.

To secure your booking, an initial payment of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Please note that this advance amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
A structured payment schedule must be followed to ensure smooth processing of your travel arrangements:
30 Days Before the Travel Date:
You are required to pay 50% of the total package cost. This allows us to initiate reservations and confirm essential travel services.
15 Days Before the Travel Date:
An additional 25% of the total package cost must be paid. This step helps us finalize and secure all necessary travel components.
7 Days Before the Travel Date:
The remaining balance, completing 100% of the total amount, must be cleared. Full payment is mandatory to process your final confirmations and travel documents.
Important:
The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 07 days before the Date of Travel. The received amount will be forfeited.
We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry.

Notes :
If the company cancels the trip due to operational issues, the customer will receive a full refund of the trip amount including GST, excluding any airfare, train fare, or external transport costs not booked through the company.
Pending Refund :
Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.
Partial Refund :
Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.
Remaining Amount :
Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Bypass Policy :
Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.
Reschedule:
Additional costs will apply, based on the time at which you notify us.
Credit Note :
Credit Notes issued have 1 year of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.
GST :
Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:
- Before 30 Days from the Date of Travel – One-time Complementary.
- Within 15 Days from the Date of Travel – The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.

What should you buy in Ladakh?
The famous things to buy while shopping in Ladakh can be divided into three categories:
- Everyday items: Apricot items, kitchenware, Kurtis, shawls, t-shirts, hats, Chhang (local alcoholic beverage)

How long does it take to get adapted to weather in Ladakh?
Taking rest for a day or two to get yourself acclimatized is a piece of advice that is always recommended. Also, it is always suggested to avoid any strenuous activity during your initial days.

Should I visit Leh Ladakh during winters?
For exploring the real beauty of Ladakh, it is advised to visit during winters. At the same time, as oxygen levels are low during winters, its generally not recommended to most of the people due to adaptability issues.
Are there any ATM’s in Leh Ladakh? Or Do I need to survive on cash?
Do note that cards are not accepted at major places like petrol pumps, restaurants, etc. And during your travel, only a few ATMs can be found at some places like Manali, Srinagar, which again aren’t a guarantee. It is recommended to carry at least ₹20,000 in hand to fill in as a bunker if needed.
