Day 01: Arrival in Leh | Rest & Acclimatization Day

  • Upon arriving in Leh, you will transfer to the hotel.
  • After settling in, you will receive a briefing on the program and upcoming events of your journey.
  • Finally, enjoy a delicious dinner before settling in for an overnight stay in Leh.

Day 02: Journey from Leh to Nubra Valley

  • Start your day by waking up to a refreshing morning and enjoying a delicious breakfast.
  • Then, set off on your journey to Nubra Valley, a cold desert renowned for its stunning landscapes and majestic mountain ranges.
  • Along the way, you’ll cross the thrilling Khardung La Pass, the world’s second-highest motorable pass.
  • En route, stop by the picturesque Diskit Monastery, where you can admire the towering Maitreya Buddha statue and soak in breathtaking views of the valley.
  • In Sand Dunes, you can opt for an exciting camel ride in the desert mountains of Hunder (available at an additional cost).

Day 03: Journey from Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso

  • Start your day with a delicious breakfast, and then gear up for another thrilling off-road adventure through the rugged mountain paths.
  • As you travel towards the stunning Pangong Tso (lake), you can choose to take the scenic route via the Shyok River or tackle the challenging Wari La Pass, which is a route often used by the army.
  • Upon arrival, take a moment to soak in the mesmerizing views of the blue waters of Pangong Tso. (If the Agam route is closed, we will adjust the itinerary accordingly to ensure you have an unforgettable experience.)
  • Enjoy the picturesque surroundings of the lake before handing over your bike keys to the road captain.
  • Finally, settle in for the night and savor a delightful dinner during your overnight stay at Pangong Tso.

Day 04: Journey from Pangong to Hanle with Rezang La War Memorial

  • Start your bike ride from Pangong Lake after enjoying a delicious breakfast at your accommodation.
  • Then, depart from Pangong, taking in the stunning views as you ride along.
  • Along the way, you’ll reach Chushul, where you can visit the Rezang La War Memorial, honoring the heroes of the 1962 Indo-China War.
  • As you continue your journey, enjoy breathtaking views of the Black Mountain. Next, you will reach Hanle en route to Loma Bend.
  • If you arrive in Hanle before 4 PM, you can visit the Hanle Observatory for a fascinating experience.
  • Finally, savor a delightful dinner and settle in for an overnight stay while taking in the beauty of the night in Hanle.

Day 5: Journey from Hanle to Umling la and Demchok

  • Start the day with a hearty breakfast in Hanle, preparing for the exhilarating ride ahead.

  • Starting from Day 2 to Day 7, you can savor delicious buffet breakfasts, while buffet dinners will be provided from Day 1 to Day 6.
  • Throughout your adventure, you will ride on Royal Enfield Himalayan bikes, which will be available from the morning of Day 2 until the evening of Day 6.
  • Furthermore, you will receive bike permits and Inner Line Permits for all travelers, ensuring a smooth journey.
  • All necessary permits for the highest motorable pass in the world, Khardung La, will also be arranged for you.
  • Moreover, fuel will be provided according to the itinerary route, allowing you to focus on enjoying the ride.
  • You will benefit from the services of an experienced road captain and a motorbike mechanic from Day 2 to Day 6, ensuring that you have support throughout your journey.
  • For groups of more than 10 motorbikes, backup seating in a vehicle will be available for emergencies, providing an extra layer of comfort.
  • In case of any medical needs, a first aid medical kit and oxygen cylinder will be provided along with the road captain.
  • Additionally, a separate vehicle will carry luggage, limited to 1 rucksack or duffle bag of up to 60 liters per traveler, making it easy for you to travel light.
  • Finally, upon successful completion of the trip, you will receive an online certificate as a keepsake of your adventure.
  • Personal expenses such as telephone charges, laundry, tips, and table drinks.
  • Any type of insurance, including medical, accidental, and theft coverage.
  • Airfare or rail fare not mentioned in the “Inclusions.”

  • Costs for any spare parts needed due to accidental damage while the motorbike is in the rider’s possession.
  • Expenses for transferring or towing the motorbike, as well as servicing or maintenance costs if it is dropped on the way.

  • A security deposit of ₹5,000 per motorbike for accidental damages or if the bike is left behind before the trip’s end date.
  • Parking, monastery, and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
  • Costs incurred due to itinerary changes or extensions caused by natural calamities, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, union issues, or other factors beyond our control.

  • The check-in time is 12 noon/early check-in subject to availability of the room.
  • We require minimum strength of 10 bikes to operate one group. We have the right to cancel the group if we do not get the minimum strength of bikes in any group.
  • If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of a hotel stay, transportation, and meals, etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither International Youth Club nor the participating partners/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
  • International Youth Club is not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc…
  • If any group member wants to leave the group in-between the tour then he/she has to pay the cost for transportation of bike from point of leaving the tour till the tour endpoint.
  • Group members would have to get their own riding gears. Wearing a helmet, carrying a valid ID proof & Driving license is mandatory.
  • All guests will be responsible for the safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage/missing/lost luggage. So carry a small daypack bag to carry all the expensive things with you.
  • Compensation for any damage/accident done by you during the tour to others property/person would be directly payable by you.
  • We will run the departures subject to having a minimum group strength of 6 to 8 riders in each batch.
  • We have the right to cancel the departure due to insufficient members in the batches. In such a situation, guests are eligible for a full refund.
  • Foreign Nationals have to pay separately for the permits for Khardungla and Pangong Tso.
  • Basic First Aid Kit – It’s advised that one should bring his/her own medicines which are known and suitable to him.
  • Raod Captain will be responsible to manage the group by taking all safety measures. The group has to follow him to make the tour a success.
  • We provide a well-experienced and skilled Royal Enfield Mechanic with spare parts and tools. They are well trained to handle large groups.
  • The spares used on the way will be chargeable. Backing vehicle – Xylo/Innova/tempo for mechanical and medical support.
  • In case of an emergency, if any rider is feeling uneasy then he can sit in the backup.
  • Only one rucksack/backpack of 60 liters will be adjusted as it will be having tools and spares too.

For Ground Package

To secure your booking, an initial payment of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Please note that this advance amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.

A structured payment schedule must be followed to ensure smooth processing of your travel arrangements:

30 Days Before the Travel Date:

You are required to pay 50% of the total package cost. This allows us to initiate reservations and confirm essential travel services.

15 Days Before the Travel Date:

An additional 25% of the total package cost must be paid. This step helps us finalize and secure all necessary travel components.

7 Days Before the Travel Date:

The remaining balance, completing 100% of the total amount, must be cleared. Full payment is mandatory to process your final confirmations and travel documents.

Important:

The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 07 days before the Date of Travel. The received amount will be forfeited.

We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry.

If the company cancels the trip due to operational issues, the customer will receive a full refund of the trip amount including GST, excluding any airfare, train fare, or external transport costs not booked through the company.

Pending Refund :

Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.

Partial Refund :

Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.

Remaining Amount :

Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.

Bypass Policy :

Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.

Additional costs will apply, based on the time at which you notify us.

Credit Note :

Credit Notes issued have 1 year of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.
