Upon arrival at Leh Airport you will meet by our representative will greet, assist and transfer you to Hotel in Leh, rest of the day at leisure to acclimatize to the high altitude of Ladakh.
- Day 02 : Excursion to Sham Valley
(150 Kms round trip)
Morning after breakfast drive to Sham Valley. Enroute visit Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Confluence of Zanskar and Indus River. Just before reaching Leh visit Ladakh Hall of fame. Arrive hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight.
Magnetic Hill: Defying the Law of gravity. This place is close to the Gurudwara Shri Patthar Sahib. It has been noticed that when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides up-hill that’s the Believe it or not of Ladakh!
Shri Patthar Sahib Gurudwara: The Shrine known as Gurudwara Patthar sahib is situated about 25 Kms. Short of Leh town on the Leh-Srinagar road. Built in the everlasting memory of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji the great prophet who sanctified the place by his sacred visit during the year 1517 while on his second missionary tour (2nd Udassi 1515-1518).
Sangam-Confluence of The Zanskar & Indus: On way to Sham Valley before Nimu village one can have this magnificent view of two rivers in wed-lock! In winters they have different colors and flow and wildness.The camps are located at River Rafting Starting Point and all the Volvos will drop you at our camps.
Ladakh Hall of Fame: The Hall of Fame is a glorious museum constructed by the Indian Army. You can see the memorabilia, eminent defense personalities with biographies, images and weapons used during the Kargil and other key strategic battles fought in Ladakh.

- Day 03 : Excursion to Khardungla Pass (78 Km round trip)
After breakfast we will drive up to the Khardungla Top to have a magnificent view of the surrounding valleys. After spending some time there, have a cup of tea and come back to Hotel and relax. In the evening take a small round trip to Shanti Stupa for the beautiful sunset view over the entire Leh Valley. Overnight stay at Hotel in Leh.Khardungla Pass - The highest Motorable road in the world 18,390 ft.( around 39 Kms away from Leh).
There are two checkpoints on the both sides of the pass. Khardong is the first village of Nubra valley at higher altitude than Deskit and other villages.Leh Palace:
Also referred as the ‘Lhachen Palkhar’ is a yesteryear royal palace located in the picturesque Ladakhi Himalayan town of Leh in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India. Designed in line with the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet, the construction of the Leh Palace began in the sixteenth century and it was completed in the 17th century, marking it as one of the tallest buildings of that era with nine storeys. The roof top of the palace provides spectacular views of the mountain of Stok Kangri and the Ladakh mountain range as also panoramic views of the entire town and its surroundings. The palace is now in a dilapidated condition being maintained by the ‘Archaeological Survey of India’ (ASI). However the majestic building with a museum holding over 450 years old artefacts in the midst of the mountains that provide breathtaking views of the snow clad mountain ranges attracts tourists to this palace.Leh Market:
The market is around 2kms in all with many lanes and by-lanes. The main market road is lined with shops on either side, mainly selling Ladakhi & Kashmiri items.. The market road has the Mosque at one end. It also has the main Leh post office
There is a lane that runs parallel to the main market road. There is lots of ATM of different Banks. This lane has a few shops selling old Tibetan items and prayer flags.
You will also find many makeshift Tibetan refugee markets set up across the market area of Leh.Shanti Stupa (Japanese Peace Pagoda):
Shanti Stupa/Japanese peace pagoda is built by a Japanese religious organization headed by Head monk Nakamura. It is situated at a hill top in Changspa village providing a bird eye view of the Leh town and the surrounding mountain peaks.

- Day 04 : Frozen Pangong Lake
(3 idiots movie shooting point and shared Lake between India and China)
After Breakfast Leave to Pangong Lake (approx. 145 kms, located on the Indo China Border) through Changla pass 5486 Mtrs. After full day of sightseeing around the Lake. Overnight at Local homestay in Tangste.
The Frozen Pangong Lake:
Main attraction of this circuit is the Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 M). A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kilometers at its widest point to which foreigners are permitted, is only some seven km along the southern shore from the head of the lake, but it affords spectacular views of the mountains of the Changchenmo range to the north, their reflection shimmering in the ever-changing blues and greens of the lakes brackish water. Above Spangmik are the glacier and snow-capped peaks of the Pangong range. Stay at Homestay in Tangste.

- Day 05 : Monasteries Cultural Visit
Leave after breakfast and retrace the road to Leh. Upon reaching Karu, drive across the Indus and visit Hemis Monastery, the biggest and most famous monastery of Ladakh, Later drive on to Leh, enroute visiting the picturesque Thiksey monastery. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.
40 Kms from Leh, it is the wealthiest, best known and biggest Gompa of Ladakh. Its popularity stems from the major annual festival held here in summer. The festival is in honor of Guru Padma Sambhava’s birth anniversary. It flourished under the Namgyal Dynasty for the royalty favored the Drugpa sect, which is managed the monastery
19 Kms from Leh, spectacularly sited, Thiksey is one of the largest and architecturally most impressive Gompas. There are several temples in this Gompas, containing images, stupas and wall paintings of Buddha, which are exquisite.
